If you’re wondering whether therapy can help, the best thing to do is to get in touch and talk to me.
We can then meet for an initial assessment where we can explore a little more about what brings you to therapy and for you to see how I work. When looking for a therapist, choosing someone you feel comfortable with is important. I work with a wide network of psychotherapy professionals so if we decide I am not the right person to help you, I can recommend someone else who probably will be.
However, if during the initial assessment we feel happy to proceed working together, we will arrange a regular day and time to meet. Psychotherapy sessions are usually weekly and last for 50 minutes.
The total number of therapy sessions you have depends on you. We will regularly review how you feel that your therapy is progressing and how long you wish to continue.
All initial consultations are free of charge and then each session after that is £75
